Your tasks ## • * First point of contact for our customers in the service area • Reception of repair and service orders • Competent advice on service and repair prestations • Preparation of quotes and invoices • Coordination and planning of appointments between customers and the workshop • Guaranteeing a smooth flow of daily activities • Maintenance of customer relations and active customer follow-up Your profile ## • * Completed training in the automotive sector (e.g., mechatronics technician) or in the commercial field with experience in the automotive sector • Several years of experience in customer contact, ideally in the automotive sector • Communication skills, organization, and resistance to stress • High sense of service and customer orientation • Good IT knowledge • Driving license cat.
