Your tasks: • Management of your own station in the kitchen (e.g., appetizers Garde-Manger or side dishes Entremetier) with creative freedom • Preparation and presentation of dishes at a high level, taking into account regional and sustainable products (breakfast, à-la-carte, and half-board service) • Organization and maintenance of your work area to ensure efficient processes • Close cooperation with the kitchen team to jointly create culinary experiences • Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and quality standards Guidance and training of young talents in the kitchen team What you bring with you: • Completed vocational training as a chef • 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in upscale gastronomy or hotel management • Creativity and attention to detail in the preparation of high-quality dishes • Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and high standards regarding quality • Interest in a fresh and sustainable cuisine Our philosophy At Gstaaderhof, we maintain an open and personal interaction with our employees.
