To strengthen our quality management, we are looking for a committed and analytical person as a Customer Quality Manager 80 - 100% (m/f/d) immediately or by agreement. Your tasks ## • Central contact person and process owner for customer complaints related to quality • Processing and coordination of customer complaints according to current quality methods (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, etc.) • Analysis of defect causes as well as launching, monitoring, and verifying the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) • Close collaboration with production, quality assurance, development, purchasing, and sales for sustainable improvement of product and process quality • Analysis of quality indicators as well as definition and implementation of improvement measures • Support for the continuous development of the quality management system • Participation in customer audits as well as support during internal and external audits Your profile ## • Basic technical training with additional training in quality management • Several years of professional experience in quality management within a production company, ideally in the food or life sciences industry • Experience in customer complaint management and good knowledge of quality standards • Very high awareness of quality, structured and reliable working method as well as mastery of the use and maintenance of documentation in IT systems (SAP knowledge is an asset) • Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English for internal documentation as well as communication with internal and external partners • Solution-oriented, communicative personality, capable of initiating changes, involving teams, and sustainably anchoring continuous improvements What we offer you ## • A new daily challenge in a dynamic, highly automated, and modern environment • An open and innovative corporate culture • Opportunities for internal and external training • Flat hierarchies and fast decisions • An area of activity with plenty of space for personal responsibility and autonomous work A very motivated and dynamic team will welcome you with lots of energy - with us, there is no routine.
