We are looking for a Head of Customer Support for our General Agency Biel-Solothurn, effective immediately or by arrangement. Our agency network extends across two cantons and includes three agencies, which offer a varied daily working routine with exciting tasks and encounters due to their diversity.
In this responsible position, you will work closely with the General Agent, our customers and various internal departments to ensure smooth processes.
Your diverse tasks:
You lead a team of 12 employees including apprentices and bear overall responsibility for the support organization of the general agency
You actively support sales, both for the own field service and for the agency brokers
You take responsibility for the claims management of the general agency and ensure efficient processing
By participating in specialist and leadership seminars, you ensure that knowledge and competencies in your team are always up to date
Your profile:
You have several years of experience in the insurance industry and ideally have a federal professional certificate or an insurance diploma
You are a dynamic, future-oriented leader and have already worked successfully for several years in a management position
You are characterized by your ability to lead, coach and continuously develop your team
You are an organizational talent and maintain an overview as well as the necessary calm even in hectic times
German is your mother tongue and you have good French skills
