Our client is recruiting a Head Chef in collective catering (M/F/D) to support the development of its activity. Having benefited from initial training in cooking, your career has allowed you to hold the position of Head Chef for at least 3 years. You will be responsible for the organization, management, and coordination of kitchen activities to guarantee the quality of services. The expected missions for this position: \- Design menus according to nutritional requirements and allocated budgets \- You have significant experience in production organization (structure, team, hygiene) in collective catering \- Establish product orders and control the receipt of goods \- Manage stocks and perform regular inventories \- Plan and organize cocktails as well as VIP lounges according to client expectations \- Supervise and lead the kitchen team (6 people) \- Guarantee compliance with hygiene and food safety standards \- You are flexible, motivated, and organized \- You are autonomous, proactive, and customer-oriented \-\-\-\-\-\-\- Profile sought: \- Having benefited from initial training in cooking, your career has allowed you to hold the position of Head Chef for at least 3 years \- You have managed a team of more than 5 people \- Mastery of stock management and ordering \- Perceived as a natural leader by your teams, you are also a good manager capable of controlling your costs. \- You have excellent knowledge of French and IT (usual tools) \- You have significant experience in production organization (structure, team, hygiene) \- Sense of organization and rigor in following procedures \- Ability to lead a team and transmit know-how \- Adaptability to specific or last-minute requests \- Acute sense of customer service and discretion The expected soft skills include reactivity, sense of responsibility, excellent communication with different interlocutors, and a great capacity for listening. \- Having a vehicle is indispensable \- Living in the Neuchâtel region \- Continuous schedule from Monday to Friday And if you are ready to take on this exciting challenge offering beautiful perspectives, send us your application as soon as possible!
