You actively participate in the services of the restaurant, bar, seminars as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner services. You ensure the respect of quality standards, customer satisfaction, inventory management, orders, inventories and the monitoring of team schedules and attendance. You also contribute to the management of a team composed of fixed and extra collaborators while participating in the continuous improvement of services. Profile sought We are looking for a professional with confirmed experience in hotel or traditional restaurants of a good level, ideally in a supervisory function. With an excellent sense of service, you are recognized for your natural leadership, organizational skills and relational ease. You appreciate fieldwork and know how to unite your teams around common objectives. Perfect mastery of French is essential while knowledge of English is an asset. Mastery of usual computer tools and Mirus software is also appreciated.
