Junior HR Business Partner (f/m/x) - Temporary (6-9 months)

Join our vibrant team in La Chaux-de-Fonds as a Junior HR Business Partner (f/m/x) for a temporary mission (6-9 months) and be part of something extraordinary! You will support management and employees with recruitment and all HR-related topics. You will manage employee cases related to sickness and monitor HR KPIs. You will also participate in a variety of projects related to the HR strategy. Your contribution: • You will provide day to day HR support to employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, offboarding). • You will act as a trusted HR partner to managers, advising them on people related topics and team management. • You will handle employment law questions, internal policies, and sensitive or complex situations. • You will contribute to annual HR processes such as performance reviews, people reviews, promotions, salary cycles, and succession planning. • You will support learning and development initiatives by identifying training needs and following up on development actions. • You will manage recruitment for professional and managerial roles in collaboration with hiring managers. • You will develop and monitor HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, recruitment metrics, training indicators, etc.) and support HR reporting. • You will participate in HR projects and continuous improvement of internal processes. • You will provide support to HR colleagues on various topics (payroll, internal communication, HR administration). • You will contribute to the organization of internal events (celebrations, annual events, HR initiatives). You will fit well to our squad if you have: • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international, industrial environment • Experience in project work and the analysis and optimization of processes • Commercial education or university deqree.
