Demi Chef de Rang

Tasks Station Support & Service Workflow: Independent management of a smaller station or active support of the Chef de Rang in the professional serving of food and beverages according to five-star superior standards. Guest Care & Mise en Place: Attentive, warm care of guests during service, providing initial recommendations, as well as the thorough preparation and maintenance of the service station (Mise en Place). Team Support & Guidance: Guidance and support of Commis de Rang as well as interns and apprentices, paired with close, smooth cooperation with the kitchen and bar brigade. Requirements Education & Practice: Completed training in the restaurant or hotel sector and initial sound practical experience (e.g., as a Commis de Rang) in luxury hotels or upscale fine-dining gastronomy. Language Skills: Good to very good language skills in German and English (at least B2/C1) for professional guest care; Italian language skills are of great advantage due to the team structure and the location in the Engadin. Host Motivation & Team Spirit: High service orientation, willingness to learn and develop, well-groomed appearance as well as resilience and calmness during busy peak service times.
