The After Sales Specialist Disposition (m/f/d) is responsible for ensuring efficient and smooth customer service through professional disposition, coordination of technicians, and processing of all customer-relevant service concerns. Tasks As After Sales Specialist Disposition (m/f/d) you are responsible for: Project planning & control * Coordination and organization of Technical Service Technicians (TD-T) and service partners (SP); * Disposition and scheduling; * Processing of service orders and customer inquiries; * Maintenance of customer data; material orders; * Processing of complaints and measures. Requirements We are looking for people who are characterized by a strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and strong customer orientation. In addition, you should bring the following qualifications: * Commercial training is an advantage; * Structured, reliable, and resilient way of working; * Strong communication and customer orientation; * Experience in a comparable position; * French and Italian language skills are an advantage; * SAP and Salesforce knowledge is desirable.
