Leadership shows itself in everyday life, not in the title. In a nursing home in Zürich, as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, you will take over the team leadership: you plan the shifts, lead your nursing team professionally and personally, are responsible for the quality of care in the residential area, and conduct employee appraisals. Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for you at a workload of 60 - 100 %. You manage the daily nursing routine, make decisions, and accompany your employees in their professional development.
