To strengthen its team, it is looking for a person capable of ensuring the monitoring of technical files and small civil engineering sites. The Ville de Sion is advertising a position of Civil Engineering Technician -- Roads and Networks M/F Fixed-term (6 months) -- 100% activity rate within the service des travaux publics et de l'environnement, section Routes et Réseaux. Main missions * examine projects for private connections to wastewater and clean water networks, formulate the technical conditions of permits, coordinate stakeholders and control works on site; monitor non-conformities and as-built plans; * process excavation permit requests, set intervention conditions, control the securing and maintenance of access, then monitor the quality of backfilling, repairs and administrative closure; * examine simple public inquiry files concerning roads, access and networks; verify their technical compliance, draft opinions and transmit complex or exceptional cases to the manager; * prepare and monitor small civil engineering sites: descriptions, measurements, estimates, requests for offers and orders, coordination of stakeholders, quality controls, deadlines and costs, acceptance and monitoring of guarantees; * support section managers in studies and sites: surveys, observations, simple plans, technical files and occasional controls; collaborate with services, contractors and companies and monitor certain files in their absence. Employment conditions * hold a CFC as a civil engineering draughtsman, a road constructor or an equivalent technical training. An ES technician diploma in the field is an asset. * have practical experience in sanitation networks, road works or the management of small sites; * know VSS, VSA, SIA and SN 592 000 standards, know how to read and control technical plans and know the procedures related to building permits and interventions on the public domain; * master usual IT tools; knowledge of a drawing software and a geographic information system is desired; * hold a category B driver's license; * demonstrate autonomy, rigor, organization and ease in the field, know how to manage several files, communicate and write with clarity, enforce regulations with firmness and diplomacy, and work in a team in a public service spirit.
