Your game

• You are the direct contact person for all guest inquiries via email, chat and telephone
• You ensure that our online casino is unique through your daily work
• You contribute to a secure gaming operation, under the specifications of player protection
• With your empathetic nature, you respond professionally to the individual needs of our guests and thus ensure excellent advice
• You provide competent information about our casino game offers
• You skillfully represent the interests of our guests and contribute to the further development of the online casino
• You ensure the complete recording of guest concerns in the CRM system as well as compliance with legal specifications

Our rules of the game

• You are a communicative, enthusiastic and service-oriented personality
• You can communicate very well (at least level B2) in written and spoken German, English and another national language (French or Italian). Further language skills are an advantage
• You are tech-savvy as well as gaming-oriented and proficient in the Office365 suite
• You are currently studying or have completed training, preferably in the commercial sector
• You know how to skillfully combine the unconventional working hours (shift, night and weekend work, of which 60% of your activity can be completed in the home office) with your hobbies
• You have an impeccable record (criminal and debt enforcement register)
