For a successful company, we are looking for a service-oriented leader who, together with their team, ensures professional customer care and actively helps shape operational processes. In this versatile position, you combine leadership tasks with operational involvement and contribute significantly to customer satisfaction.

Tasks

• Leadership and further development of a customer service team
• Ensuring efficient and timely processing of customer orders
• Supporting the team with complex customer concerns and queries
• Optimization of existing workflows and processes in Customer Service
• Responsibility for high service quality and customer satisfaction
• Close cooperation with various internal specialist departments
• Creation of evaluations, key figures and decision-making bases

Profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable further education
• Several years of experience in Customer Service, sales administration or in a similar customer-oriented function
• Initial or already sound leadership experience in team leadership or coordination
• Enjoyment in promoting, motivating and developing employees
• Pronounced customer and service orientation
• Very good German skills as well as good French skills in spoken and written form
• English skills are an advantage
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High personal responsibility as well as a confident appearance
• Resilient and communicative personality with a hands-on mentality
