From vehicle purchase to service and repairs to car subscriptions and rentals, we accompany our customers in everyday life. Many customers have remained loyal to us for years. With new brands, our offering is growing – and with it, our team.

For our location Wettingen, we are looking for an engaged personality who enjoys working with people, keeps an overview, and wants to actively develop our customer service.

Your tasks

Advise our customers personally and competently as well as accept service and repair orders. Organize appointments, orders and offers and coordinate cooperation with the workshop and spare parts department. Create invoices, manage the cash register as well as reliably process warranty and insurance cases and complaints. Advise customers on spare parts and accessories. Help shape the digitalization strategy: advance digital tools in customer service and make processes simpler and more efficient together with the team.

What you bring with you

Enjoyment of customer contact, a friendly appearance and an independent, careful way of working. Organizational talent, team spirit and the ability to remain solution-oriented even in busy situations. Training in customer service or the willingness to undergo further training. Experience in the automotive trade is an advantage, but no good German skills in speaking and writing. Foreign languages are a plus, but not PC user skills, interest in digital solutions and a driving license of category B.
