ICT Support Specialist (a) 100% [Ref:2465]
Your tasks
First point of contact for employees regarding IT problems and technical concerns in 1st and 2nd level support via various channels
Independent recording and processing of tickets including prioritization, documentation, and forwarding to the appropriate specialist departments
Active support in expanding internal knowledge articles as well as in optimizing support workflows and processes
Structured and solution-oriented management of support cases with a focus on fast and reliable support for users
Your profile
Completed IT training or comparable practical professional experience in the IT environment
Experience in support or in dealing with customers is welcome. However, decisive factors are a high service orientation and enjoyment of direct contact with users
Very good German skills in speaking and writing at least at C1 level as well as good English skills from level B2
Strong technical interest, quick comprehension, and motivation to continuously familiarize yourself with new topics and systems
Independent and reliable way of working, good organizational skills, as well as open and clear communication
