For an established and successful Valais company in the food and retail sector, we are looking for a committed personality to lead several sales locations in the Oberwallis.

Your tasks

• Operational management of three sales locations in the Oberwallis.
• Coaching, support and further development of the location, sales and gastronomy management.
• Analysis and monitoring of relevant key figures such as turnover, productivity and sales targets.
• Definition and implementation of suitable measures to increase performance.
• Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene and service standards.
• Monitoring of deployment planning and time tracking together with the local managers.
• Link between the locations in the Oberwallis and the central company management.
• Participation in local events, promotions and sales campaigns.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in sales, ideally in retail or the food industry.
• Proven leadership or coaching experience.
• German as a native language or at a very high level as well as good French skills (at least B2).
• Confident handling of key figures and business analyses.
• Assertive, structured and result-oriented personality with high social competence.
• Flexibility for assignments on weekends and public holidays.
• Driver's license as well as willingness to travel regularly between the locations.
