You ensure that each client's stay takes place under the best conditions by guaranteeing a warm, personalized and professional welcome. You ensure a smooth and efficient arrival and departure process, while remaining attentive to the needs of clients in order to anticipate their expectations and offer them assistance as well as tailored recommendations, particularly on the hotel's services and local attractions. You develop and maintain a trust relationship with clients in order to promote their satisfaction and loyalty. In the event of a complaint or problem, you intervene with professionalism, reactivity and efficiency, ensuring to provide a rapid solution and to ensure follow-up until the complete resolution of the request. You work closely with the hotel's various services to ensure optimal coordination and to meet client expectations. You also ensure that client files are constantly up to date and easily accessible, while respecting the establishment's internal procedures as well as its quality and hygiene standards, thus contributing to offering an impeccable client experience. You have proven experience in customer service, ideally in the hotel-restaurant sector. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you demonstrate a real sense of service, a good team spirit and natural leadership. Organized, versatile and customer satisfaction-oriented, you master computer tools, French as well as professional English. You are also willing to work according to flexible schedules and make the most of your knowledge of local services and attractions in order to offer a quality experience to clients.
