Deputy to the General Management

L’Association le Colibri's mission is to offer quality support and supervision for children from 3 months old up to the 4th year of Harmos Primary school.

As part of our development and in order to complete our teams, le Colibri is looking for a:

Deputy to the General Management 80%

A true trusted partner of the general management, the deputy director actively participates in institutional coordination, administrative and financial monitoring, as well as the implementation of cross-functional projects.

She contributes to the development of a structured, fluid, and coherent organization, in close connection with the general management and the pedagogical directions, support services, institutional partners, and various networks.

As Deputy to the General Management, you will assume the following responsibilities:

Institutional and organizational coordination

• Support the general management in the operational steering of the institution
• Ensure the monitoring and coordination of various institutional projects
• Participate in the continuous improvement of organizational processes
• Ensure the coherence of administrative and organizational practices

Administrative and financial management

• Collaborate with the committee and the general management on budget monitoring and expenditure control
• Ensure the monitoring of invoices and payments in collaboration with the general management
• Coordinate certain administrative procedures related to institutional obligations
• Participate in the development and structuring of administrative and digital tools

External coordination and compliance

• Collaborate with institutional and communal partners
• Provide deputy coverage for the general management and collaborate with external partners
• Ensure the monitoring of aspects related to premises compliance and regulatory requirements

Cross-functional support to teams

• Collaborate with the pedagogical directions regarding staff organization and replacements
• Support fluid communication between the different poles of the institution
• Participate in an institutional dynamic favoring collaboration and empowerment

You must imperatively hold an EDE classification 1 HES diploma and a CAS in team management.

You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a coordination or deputy management function in the field of early childhood.

You have a good knowledge of the legal framework and the challenges of early childhood in the Canton de Vaud.

You demonstrate benevolent leadership, great autonomy, and organization.

You possess excellent interpersonal skills and communicate effectively.

You are proficient in IT tools and your writing skills are confirmed.
