About us
LGT is a leading international Private Banking and Asset Management group that has been owned by the Princely Family of Liechtenstein for over 100 years. With around 600 employees, LGT Bank Schweiz has established itself as a renowned private bank and is an excellent address for both high-net-worth private clients and employees - this was also confirmed last year by the independent institute «Great Place To Work», which awarded LGT Bank Schweiz as one of the best employers in Switzerland.
Your area of responsibility
In this strategic leadership role, you will build Client Services as a central hub for investment-related customer support within Investment Solutions Europe (ISE) and lead the division. You will bundle central client-facing activities and align them consistently towards a consistent, scalable, and high-quality customer experience.
You lead and develop the Client Services organization with the areas of Client Coverage, Private Markets, Investment Communication, and ESG Solutions and promote effective collaboration within ISE.
You establish Client Services as a central point of contact for client advisory and internal stakeholders. In doing so, you coordinate investment-related inquiries and efficiently network client advisory with the responsible product and investment specialists.
You strengthen LGT's offering by systematically identifying and accompanying opportunities for the targeted positioning of Portfolio Management, Private Markets, and Premium Advisory with clients.
You are responsible for the successful distribution of LGT's own as well as selected third-party investment solutions, including the fund offering. You also ensure reliable and competent support for client advisory regarding fund-related inquiries and product launches.
You ensure a professional, consistent, and client-relevant market presence through high-quality publications, presentations, pitches, factsheets, and investment content.
You develop a scalable service model and use digital tools, data, and efficient processes to further increase the consistency, speed, and quality of client-oriented services.
You drive cross-functional collaboration within the LGT Group to translate client needs into relevant investment solutions and services.
You define clear service, sales, and usage goals for Client Services and monitor the penetration and effective use of ISE solutions in client advisory.
Your profile
You have proven experience in leading a broadly based, client-facing service and distribution model and know how to effectively combine commercial priorities, client needs, technical expertise, and operational scalability.
You bring comprehensive experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management, ideally at the interface of Client Coverage, product distribution, and investment expertise.
You have several years of sound leadership experience and know how to lead high-performing teams, provide clear orientation, and promote a collaborative culture.
You possess a strong understanding of the needs of private banking clients as well as the value chain in the investment business. You also have proven experience in the development and distribution of client-oriented investment solutions.
You have experience in developing scalable service models and processes and use technology, data, and automation purposefully to expand quality, consistency, and capacity.
You convince through strong skills in stakeholder management as well as in communication and presentation. You convey complex topics in an audience-appropriate manner to different target groups in Private Banking and Asset Management.
You have a university degree in Finance or a comparable field. Very good German and English skills are required; further language skills are an advantage.
You are willing to travel regularly within Europe.
