We offer very beautiful banquet rooms, a sophisticated gourmet room, a casual village pub, a serviced smoking room, and a sunny garden terrace. All of this is located centrally in the Zürcher Oberland. You support the Head Chef in menu planning and in creating new recipes, lead the kitchen crew in his absence, and take responsibility for the daily business. Co-supervising the apprentice is also part of your area of responsibility. You are familiar with all stations and can be deployed anywhere at any time. Does it appeal to you to accept this challenge?
