Job Description: As a Food Technologist at Celtra Food Production GmbH, you are responsible for the development and improvement of our products, taking into account nutritional values and legal food regulations. You lead, train and advise employees in the areas of production, processing and packaging. In addition, you plan, monitor and control production to ensure a smooth process. Compliance with all hygiene, quality and safety regulations is also within your area of responsibility. Requirement Profile: • Completed studies in the field of food technology (Master's degree an advantage) • Experience in food production as well as sound knowledge of the relevant regulations • Experience in the personnel leadership of employees • Analytical thinking skills and strong problem-solving competence • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
