Polyvalent Receptionist

Heiwa Hospitality Concept, specialized in innovative hotel management, has taken over the Hôtel de la Poste (hotel, bar and restaurant) in Sierre and is gradually reinventing its standards. To anticipate the departure of our current receptionist, who is resuming their studies after contributing to the development of the establishment, we are looking for a polyvalent receptionist, motivated, wishing to get involved in a project in full redevelopment and able to evolve in the medium term towards more responsibilities. Your main missions Welcome and advise clients with professionalism Ensure check-in and check-out formalities Manage reservations (rooms, groups, restaurant, events) Respond to client requests (in person, by phone or by email) Collaborate with different internal services to ensure a smooth experience Follow up and prepare client and supplier invoices Manage groups (reservations, coordination, administrative follow-up) Participate in stock monitoring and replenishment Collaborate with management on monitoring performance indicators (occupancy, revenue, customer satisfaction) Propose improvements to optimize internal processes and customer experience Operational polyvalence Ensure service at the hotel bar and restaurant as needed Ensure preparation and service of breakfasts Ensure organization and service during occasional events Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of work and common areas Your profile: Confirmed experience (minimum 1 year) in hotel reception or in a polyvalent hotel position Minimum CFC in hospitality or equivalent training, any higher education in hospitality-tourism is an asset Excellent command of English and French (spoken and written), good knowledge of German, any other language is an asset Good organizational and administrative skills Ease with computer tools and hotel management software (PMS, Channel Manager, Google Workspace and ERP) Mastery of social networks, a plus Excellent presentation, sense of service and priorities Dynamic, autonomous, with a good team spirit Our working conditions: Contract and salary according to the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNT) of hospitality-restaurants Variable rest days A stimulating environment, in the heart of Sierre, combining tradition and innovation Parking space available You will evolve in a work environment based on trust and autonomy, where personal initiative is encouraged.
