You advise our customers competently and develop suitable solutions together with our specialist departments. You analyze customer inquiries, create offers, and coordinate their smooth processing with our internal interfaces. You ensure timely and high-quality processing in our ERP and CRM systems. You identify potential for improvement, proactively clarify open points, and ensure transparent communication with customers and internal contact persons. You contribute ideas and actively help shape the continuous further development of our processes and Customer Journey. YOUR PROFILE You have a commercial or technical basic training as well as experience in Customer Service, technical inside sales, or sales support. You enjoy technical products and advise customers competently and in a solution-oriented manner. You work customer-oriented, structured, independently, and take on responsibility. You acquire new specialist knowledge quickly and resolve customer inquiries independently. Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP S/4HANA) as well as Spanish and/or Italian language skills are an advantage. You act proactively and bring topics to completion independently.
