Team Lead Care

YOUR TASKS

• You lead a team in one of our care homes at the Bärau location personally and professionally.
• You accompany, promote, and develop career changers, FaBe EFZ and if applicable, dipl. Sozialpädagog:innen HF / FH.
• You conduct employee meetings, lead recruitments in your house, and are responsible for deployment and vacation planning.
• You ensure the professional care of our residents and ensure a professional flow of information between the management level and the team.
• As a specialist with leadership responsibility, you take on daily tasks in the workflow and act as a contact person for residents, relatives, authorities, and partners.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in the social/health sector (Fachperson Betreuung EFZ, dipl. Sozialpädagog:in HF, FH or comparable)
• Further training in leadership is an advantage
• Ideally initial leadership experience
• Several years of professional experience in the care sector
• High social competence as well as an appreciative and binding leadership style
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as good IT user knowledge (knowledge of Inter-RAI is an advantage)
