Your area of responsibility: • Telephonic care and consulting of customers as the first point of contact • Receiving, processing and solution-oriented clarification of customer concerns • Ensuring high service and consulting quality in every customer contact • Identifying customer needs and actively offering suitable products and services • Scheduling consulting appointments for specialists • Documenting customer conversations and maintaining relevant customer data in systems Your profile: • Completed commercial or equivalent education • Experience in the area of responsibility is an advantage • Pronounced communication strength and enjoyment of customer contact • Independent, reliable and customer-oriented work • Very good German language skills (C2), good to very good knowledge of other national languages and English language skills are an advantage
