Application Manager CRM 100% Your tasks Ensuring the technical operation, lifecycle, and further development of the BSI Customer Suite Implementing individual needs of end-users such as functions and evaluations Monitoring and securing data quality, data integrity, and interfaces Providing data selection based on address orders in the form of favorites Ensuring consistent and high-quality master data using adequate methods Conception and implementation of CRM marketing campaigns including success control Contact person for the manufacturer and responsible for change/release management Providing 2nd level support; analyzing and resolving incidents and problems Collaboration in projects to improve processes and workflows in day-to-day business Your profile You have a professional basic training in computer science or a computer science degree at the level of higher vocational school/college of higher education.
