Service Manager 100 %

As a Service Manager, you will take on a central role in the organization and processing of our service activities. You will coordinate our assigned service portfolio, lead employees, and ensure professional, timely, and economical execution of orders. In doing so, you are an important interface between customers, employees, suppliers, and internal departments.

Your tasks

Leadership & Organization

• Technical leadership and support of the service employees
• Coordination and scheduling of the assigned service portfolio
• Organization and coordination of the on-call service for the city of Bern
• Participation and involvement in the recruitment of new employees

Customer & Order Processing

• Preparation of offers
• Processing and management of maintenance contracts
• Preparation and control of measurements and invoices

Material & Logistics

• Inventory management and control of stock levels
• Ensuring demand-oriented material availability for ongoing orders

Administration & Controlling

• Control and approval of time reports
• Control of order documents and ensuring seamless documentation

Your profile

• Completed training as a Sanitary Installer EFZ, further training Service Course I + II and Chief Fitter Sanitary is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the service and project area
• Experience in the technical leadership of employees
• Good organizational skills and a structured, independent way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a high sense of responsibility
• Confident and professional appearance in dealing with customers, employees, suppliers, and business partners
• Experience in tendering, order processing, measurement, and invoicing
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license Cat. B
