Your tasks

• Recording and processing incidents and service requests via telephone or ticket system in French and German
• Direct processing of incoming incidents during first contact with users
• Carrying out user administration and order processing
• Forwarding tickets to the responsible teams as part of functional escalation
• Creation of knowledge base articles and user manuals
• Carrying out minor maintenance work on network printers as well as adjustment of multimedia settings in meeting rooms
• Installation of hardware and software
• Readiness for occasional Saturday shifts

Your profile

• Training as an IT specialist or similar vocational training (techn. KV) with corresponding professional experience in the client environment
• Experience as an ICT Supporter (1st Level)
• Sound practical and theoretical experience or training in the area of PC/notebook and client-server applications
• Good hardware knowledge in the office environment (PC, notebook, network printer etc.)
• Sound Office 365 knowledge
• Quick comprehension, enjoyment of new subject areas, and working independently
• German as mother tongue, French language skills B2-C1
