Here are the main tasks

• Professional promotion and training of people with special needs in German and French in the field of horticulture and maintenance.
• You lead a team of 3 to 5 people.
• Administrative tasks related to promotion and training.
• As well as the maintenance of client contacts, the acquisition of orders, administration and planning of client orders.

What you must bring

• You have basic training as a CFC gardener with specialization in horticulture and several years of professional experience.
• You like working in an interdisciplinary environment and are communicative, empathetic as well as service-oriented.
• Ideally, you have additional training in work pedagogy.
• You are a native French or German speaker with a very good knowledge of the other language.
• Category B driving license mandatory
