• Passionate host role & active cooperation in daily business
• Contact person for feedback and wishes of our guests
• Operative shift leadership of the respective department
• Administrative and operative tasks with own area of responsibility
• Compliance with and promotion of the defined quality and hygiene standards
• Monitoring of operational processes according to the specified standards
• You lead your shift and ensure a smooth process
• Training, promotion, and motivation of the employees
• Ensuring the flow of information
• Role model function

• Passionate host role

• Proven initial leadership experience in a similar position
• You speak fluent German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
• You use the MS-Office suite proficiently
• Flexibility regarding working hours (shift assignments between 6.00 and 21.30 in 7-day operation)
