Customer Service Representative Personal Insurance 60 - 100% ###

Your area of responsibility:

• Support of key accounts in the area of personal insurance
• Preparation of portfolio analyses in cooperation with the consultant
• Tenders and placement of insurances as well as the evaluation of offers and negotiations with insurance companies
• Processing and triage of all insurance-relevant tasks for our customers as well as answering telephone and written customer inquiries
• Support in the preparation of customer presentations and annual reviews
• Participation in internal projects for quality improvement and further development

Your qualifications:

• At least 3 years of professional experience at an insurance broker or at an insurance company in underwriting or at an agency
• Insurance intermediary VBV and/or professional certificate is an advantage
• High customer orientation and quality standards for your own work
• Independent way of working with high team orientation
• French and/or English skills are an advantage
