On behalf of a recognized player in collective catering in Neuchatel, we are recruiting a Cook (M/F) Job Description The position to be filled is intended for a professional capable of guaranteeing quality, organization and rigor on a daily basis. The Cook will be a key player in team coordination and production. The establishment values teamwork, collaboration and culinary excellence. The Cook operates in the kitchen and at service, with a volume of 200 to 300 menus per day distributed across three concepts. He/she plans and implements the Mobil Cook, supervises the production of sandwiches, salad buffets and catering services. As a referent for hygiene, quality and maintenance, he/she also manages orders and inventories. The hours are from Monday to Friday from 6h00 to 15h with some exceptional evening interventions. Profile sought We are looking for a candidate with confirmed experience in collective catering, ideally Eldora, with recognized and structured management. The person must be well-presented, discreet and able to collaborate with other chefs and support services. A global vision of the activity, sense of organization and collective spirit are essential.
