Your tasks

• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for our analytical devices and the associated software (e.g., online help and release notes) in an XML-based editorial system
• Independent research as well as active collaboration in Scrum teams and interdisciplinary development projects
• Conception, creation, and further development of technical information content in various formats, from documentation to animations, videos, and interactive learning content
• Co-design and further development of documentation standards, processes, tools, and methods within Technical Communication

Your profile

• Higher vocational education in a scientific or technical field; training as a Technical Writer or comparable qualification is an advantage
• Experience in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation in a software environment
• Experience in collaborating in Scrum teams as well as knowledge of agile development methods is an advantage
• Analytical and customer-oriented way of thinking with the ability to prepare complex content in an understandable and structured manner
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• High degree of initiative, commitment, and teamwork skills
• Confident handling of editorial and content management systems
