Tasks ## • You are responsible for the operation and further development surrounding our employees' workplaces and form the interface to the specialist groups and the suppliers • Responsibility for the stable and high-quality operation of the assigned ICT services • You independently analyze and resolve malfunctions on IT equipment via our ticketing system and support our on-site support • You plan and execute small to medium IT projects, monitoring the corresponding efforts, costs, and deadlines therein • You are the contact person for users, project members, as well as for external partners • You perform analyses of business requirements and create or revise service documentation. • Participation in incident, problem, change, and release management processes • Further development and optimization of service management processes Profile ## • Completed training or studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification • Several years of experience in ICT service management or IT operations, ideally in a hospital environment • Good knowledge of ITSM processes according to ITIL • You work precisely, independently, and enjoy taking on responsibility • Enjoy working with various specialist departments and external partners • Strong customer and service orientation as well as a structured way of working • Team-oriented and communicative personality with a strong ability to collaborate across different teams and organizational units We offer ## We offer you more than just a job!
