Traffic Control Center Regulation Event Manager

What you can make move. • Monitor the punctuality of passenger trains in your sector assigned to the Traffic Control Center in close collaboration with our partners and immediately take the necessary measures in the event of disruption in order to ensure stable and punctual operation. • Coordinate cross-border traffic in consultation with our partner railway companies abroad. • Assume overall responsibility for the management of disruptions and events within the assigned perimeter and lead the reaction during incidents. • As an incident manager, maintain an overview in the command room and distribute the workload within the team. • Guarantee high-quality disruption management for the Passenger division by constantly keeping customers at the center of decisions. What you bring. • Sense of responsibility, autonomy and stress resistance with a strong capacity for networked thinking and action. • Ability to maintain an overview in hectic situations, to remain calm and to find the best possible solutions with the team. • Strong customer orientation, team spirit and ease in communicating with various interlocutors. • Availability for continuous shift work 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. • For this demanding and exciting mission, you have a recognized federal apprenticeship, experience in production or operations in disruption management, good knowledge of the railway sector as well as good IT skills. • You possess fluent knowledge of German, French or Italian (level C2). Furthermore, regardless of your mother tongue, you have good knowledge of German and French (at least level B1).
