Tasks: Do you want to work independently, have a good sense for people, and feel confident even in demanding situations? Then you have come to the right place. In this role, you will take over the independent processing of collection cases – from the initiation of debt collection proceedings to legal openings and conciliations. In doing so, you are an important contact person for our customers, authorities, and third parties – in writing and by telephone. You answer questions, process complaints, and find suitable solutions, for example through installment payment agreements, payment deferrals, or settlements. Escalation cases in the pre-litigation area are also part of your area of responsibility. You document your cases and conversations carefully in our modern collection systems and keep the master data up to date. In addition, you support our Local Managers Switzerland with administrative and technical topics and contribute to a high level of customer service with your professional and solution-oriented manner.
