For our valued client in Bern Ittigen in the telecommunications industry, we are looking for a Inbound Customer Advisor (DE/FR) 100% # Employment: 100% Location: Ittigen Industry: General services Publication date: 20.07.2026 Your tasks • Telephone inbound consultation of customers • Providing information on various questions from all contact persons • Checking for completeness as well as ongoing maintenance of customer dossiers • Constant monitoring of open pending items • Maintenance and expansion of customer relationships • Various other administrative as well as coordinative activities What you bring with you: • Completed basic vocational training (commercial clerk or retail specialist or similar is an advantage) • Already existing professional experience in customer advisory / Customer Service / customer service • Confident French or Italian language skills (Mandatory) • Very good English skills are an advantage • High customer and service orientation • Strong communication skills What you may expect: • Responsible task where you can apply your language talent daily • Intensive induction • Working hours MON - SUN between 08:00 - 18:00 • Try & Hire employment with option for permanent employment Are you interested?
