Our range of services includes the complete processing of our customers' fee claims, from the printing and sending of invoices to the collection of claims. To strengthen our Customer Service department, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated personality as soon as possible or by arrangement. Your tasks Independent management of billing processes in factoring as well as collection dossiers in the pre-litigation and legal areas Analysis of outstanding claims and initiation of appropriate measures in debt collection – solution-oriented and with tact Direct contact with customers, patients, health insurance companies, and authorities – both by telephone and in writing Processing of demanding and varied customer requests Professional and service-oriented communication as well as representation of mediserv as a competent contact person Submitting suggestions for improvement to increase service quality and design efficient processes.
