Business Analyst (all genders) 80 - 100 % Luzern What you achieve • In an agile organization, you shape the digital future of our insurance, customer, and partner processes and ensure a convincing customer experience. • In close cooperation with product owners, development teams, specialists, as well as other stakeholders, you analyze existing business processes, recognize optimization potential, and develop viable functional solutions from them. • You create functional specifications, accompany the implementation, testing, and roll-out, and thereby ensure that the solution meets the functional requirements as well as the customer needs. What you bring • You have a degree (FH/Uni) in business informatics or a comparable qualification. • Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, process manager, or in a comparable function qualify you optimally for this role. • Ideally, you are familiar with insurance, customer, and partner processes. Experience from other industries with complex business processes, as well as a strong interest in insurance topics, are equally welcome. • You understand how to quickly grasp complex functional contexts, prepare them understandably, and translate them into implementable requirements. • Good communication and moderation skills, tact, and empathy in dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders characterize your personality.-
