Freight Forwarder (m/w/d)

In our Road Division at the Eiken location, we offer a permanent position as a Freight Forwarder (m/w/d) in our LTL/FTL department at the earliest possible date. The department is responsible for the support of import and export customers throughout Europe (focus on UK, FR, DE, Benelux). The team members are responsible for the successful processing of customer inquiries with the goal of constantly optimizing the customer experience and building long-term customer relationships - before, during, and after transport.

Your Activities

• Customer Support: Processing of national and international customer inquiries in the assigned area
• Order Processing: Acceptance, checking, and initial entry of incoming customer orders as well as carrying out customs clearance inquiries
• Data Maintenance: Entry, maintenance, and updating of customer data in the internal TMS

Your Profile

• Ideally, you have already gained experience in the freight forwarding environment
• You are very familiar with the common MS Office applications
• Your German and English skills are business fluent, both orally and in writing
• You work independently, responsibly, and in a structured manner
• You are flexible and enjoy an environment that is constantly evolving
