Service Technician Coffee Machines

Noury is a food-tech start-up founded in 2021 from Langenthal. We develop smart catering solutions for companies – pragmatic, user-centered and with a lot of creative freedom. Our coffee division is growing strongly – and that is exactly where you come into play. Your role • You come from a service or coffee machine environment, know machines not just from the manual and want to take the next step with us • At noury you take on responsibility, coordinate assignments, but remain close to the technology. • In short: less pure service, more overview, more impact. Tasks: • Operational & technical • Preparation of coffee machines (recipes, payment, branding, function tests) • Installations, maintenance and service assignments on site • Ensuring hygiene, quality and functional standards • Coordination & organization • Planning and coordination of deliveries, maintenance and service assignments Contact person for customers during appointments, feedback and malfunctions Recording, tracking and prioritizing malfunction reports Administration & structure Maintenance of machine, location and contract data Control of maintenance intervals and service reports Support in the purchase of consumables and spare parts Active contribution to the establishment of clean processes and structures Qualification: You are a particularly good fit for us if you: Have experience in the service of coffee machines, vending machines or in the gastro-tech environment Are technically savvy and like to get hands-on yourself Want to develop further Want to take on responsibility in a start-up – not just execute Must-Have Driver's license Cat. B Basic knowledge in electromechanics or machine maintenance Fluent German Nice to have Experience with digital tools (Google Sheets, CRM, ticketing systems) English is an advantage Your personality Hands-on, solution-oriented and reliable Organized, but not bureaucratic Communicative – internally as well as externally Ready to learn, curious and open to responsibility
