Residential Area Manager Nursing and Care 80

For an established and modern institution in the field of inpatient long-term care, we are looking for an engaged and responsible Residential Area Manager Nursing and Care (80 %) to start immediately or by arrangement.

You will take over the technical and personnel leadership of a residential area and, together with your team, ensure professional, appreciative, and high-quality care for the residents.
Your tasks

• Technical and personnel leadership of a residential area with around 35 residents
• Ensuring professional nursing and a high quality of care
• Organization and coordination of daily processes in the residential area
• Leadership and support of the nursing team in a goal- and process-oriented working environment
• Creation of resource- and demand-oriented personnel deployment planning
• Promotion of good interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation
• Close and appreciative cooperation with relatives
• Participation in projects and working groups
• Co-design and implementation of new workflows and processes
• Active support of the continuous improvement process
• Accompanying changes and ensuring sustainable implementation
• Promotion of a high service quality as well as an appreciative attitude towards residents, employees, and external partners

Your profile

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF or a comparable recognized training
• In the case of a foreign diploma, recognition by the SRK is required
• Completed leadership training and corresponding leadership experience
• Good PC user skills and confident handling of common IT programs
• Enjoyment in actively helping to shape development and change processes
• High degree of decision-making and sense of responsibility
• Strong self-reflection and a solution-oriented way of working
• Independent, loyal, empathetic, and responsible personality
• Very good communication and dialogue skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written language
