Your profile You have professional experience in customer service and/or a contact center; basic commercial knowledge is an advantage. You communicate with stylistic confidence in German (written and spoken). You have good oral French and English skills; Italian skills are an advantage. You are prepared to work flexibly in shift operations – also on weekends as well as in night and holiday shifts.
