Quality Technician

As part of the reinforcement of its teams and in order to meet a long-term need, we are currently looking for a: Quality Technician Your tasks: Identify and analyze internal non-conformities Propose and implement curative, corrective, and preventive actions in terms of procedures, processes, and control Participate in the new product industrialization process Implementation, support, and monitoring of quality processes Organization of awareness and training actions for personnel related to compliance with the quality approach. Preparation and drafting of quality manuals and procedures. Implementation and monitoring of the documentation necessary in the context of continuous improvements and/or internal non-conformities Daily analysis of the indicators within their scope. Manage improvement projects. Your profile: ES Technician diploma and/or Engineer (or equivalent). 3 years minimum experience in a similar function Knowledge of watchmaking product manufacturing methods, experience in the high-end dial field being an asset. Mastery of quality tools, statistical analysis, and problem-solving. Ability to manage a project. Knowledge of German is a plus. Ability to master interpersonal relations and communicate effectively while demonstrating diplomacy. Ability to aim for results by being action-oriented, manage complexity. Why join Sigma?
