What awaits you

• In this position, you evaluate damage to motor vehicles both on screen and on-site and create comprehensive technical damage reports
• You conduct negotiations with customers as well as repair technicians to achieve optimal solutions
• You analyze coverage issues from a technical perspective and make well-founded decisions
• Additionally, you determine the market values of passenger cars, trucks, motorcycles, agricultural vehicles and equipment, as well as youngtimers and classics
• Through follow-up inspections of repaired vehicles and the verification of invoices, you ensure the quality and performance of our services
• You actively expand and maintain your internal and external network through regular exchange and cooperation
• With your proactive attitude, you contribute to the continuous improvement and further development of our business processes

What you bring with you

• You have training as an Automotive Mechatronics Technician or Body Technician EFZ as well as further training as an Automotive Diagnostician or Workshop Coordinator
• You bring several years of practical professional experience in customer service, as a workshop manager or operations manager
• You master the German language in speaking and writing, other language skills are an advantage
• Your strengths lie in a pronounced service awareness and high communication skills
• You have sound knowledge in handling common IT tools and use them efficiently
• You are characterized by flexibility, independence and good organizational skills
• You are a committed and motivated personality with a pronounced entrepreneurial mindset
• You reside in the main area of activity
