HR Business Partner (w/m/d) SBB Cargo

• As a sparring partner, you support and advise the business unit with field staff on strategy, development, and implementation in all HR matters.
• You initiate and accompany change and transformation processes in a manner appropriate to the target group and promote the further development of managers. You actively drive cross-divisional cooperation within HR (Group).
• You proactively accompany the business in personnel development, talent management, and succession planning.
• Together with the line management, you develop strategic personnel planning, monitor HR key figures, and decide on any necessary measures.
• You maintain a partnership-based cooperation with the social partners and the personnel commission and ensure the obligation to provide information.

• You are characterized by pronounced advisory competence, strong customer and solution orientation, move confidently within the structures of a large corporation, and are accustomed to professional interaction with senior management.
• Your strengths include excellent communication and conflict resolution skills and experience in stakeholder management.
• With your curiosity and willingness to learn, you enjoy immersing yourself in new topics and take pleasure in the active co-creation of transformation processes.
• You possess a comprehensive wealth of experience in the HR field and have successfully worked for several years in roles such as HR consulting or as an HR Business Partner (w/m/d) in a large company.
• A higher education degree (FH), supplemented with profound further training in HR management (HR specialist training, CAS, DAS, or MAS in HRM) or a comparable career path is required.
• In this function, business-fluent written and oral German skills are required. In addition, you can communicate well in a second national language (French is an advantage).
