Clerk Technical Customer Service m/f 100 % (Electrical Fitter, Radio/TV Electrician)
Your tasks
You advise our customers regarding door communication systems on the telephone in all technical matters (quote inquiries, system problems, orders) in German and French. You develop solutions for new tasks, process special orders, and create technical documentation (installation diagrams, mechanical drawings, and accompanying documents). You support colleagues in the field with project developments and promote optimal cooperation with internal as well as external bodies. You primarily enjoy working in a team, but also independently, on time, and accurately.
In order to perform these tasks efficiently, you have completed basic electrotechnical training as an electrical fitter or multimedia electronics technician/ Radio-TV electrician.
You are a nose length ahead if you have already gained initial experience in network technology (VoIP) and would like to further your education in this area.
Requirement profile
You have completed electrotechnical training with several years of professional experience
You are communicative and enjoy telephone and written customer contact
You keep a cool head even in the rush of everyday life
You prefer working in and with a team
You are used to working independently and efficiently without losing sight of the team and other areas
You have experience in using MS-Office tools, ERP and CAD systems
Your main language is German and you have good French skills
