Tasks

• Telephone and written support of our customers and partners
• Responsibility for day-to-day business as well as the deployment and resource planning of the service technicians
• Ensuring optimal utilization of the service teams
• Assumption of versatile administrative and organizational tasks in the back office

Profile

• Very good oral and written German skills, other languages an advantage
• Experience in a call center environment (inbound/outbound, front office) an advantage
• Experience in complaint and grievance management
• High resilience and flexibility, even in hectic situations
• Commercial basic training or comparable professional experience
• SAP knowledge an advantage
