ICT Operational Support Digital Workplace 50% (m/f/d) | Bern

For an exciting, company-wide IMW rollout in the workplace environment, we are looking for a technically savvy and communicative personality who impresses both in 2nd level support and in coordination and organization.

Tasks:

• Support of the 2nd level support for the IMW workplace
• Processing and coordination of support tickets
• Support during the rollout on-site in the extended IT Lounge
• Accompanying and supporting employees during device exchange and workplace changes
• Support during initial inspections and the identification of technical issues
• Coordination between Workplace Support, Engineering and ServiceDesk
• Interface to Engineering for KVP topics and continuous improvement of processes
• Support in lifecycle and rollout management (planning, communication, commissioning)
• Commissioning and monitoring of activities
• Participation in the further development and optimization of rollout processes

Experiences:

• Experience in IT Workplace / Desktop Support, ideally in 2nd level
• Technical understanding and corresponding training or practical experience in the IT environment
• Affinity for Windows 11 and modern workplace technologies
• Experience with device changes, rollouts or lifecycle topics is an advantage
• Enjoyment of a role that combines support and coordination approximately equally
• Strong organizational and coordination talent
• Communicative and service-oriented personality
• Confident appearance in dealing with different stakeholders
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• German very good
• French at least at conversational level; English skills are also possible or an advantage
• Readiness to work approx. 80 % on-site in Bern
• Experience in 2nd level support of workplace solutions.
• Experience with device changes, workplace rollouts or tasks in Client Lifecycle Management.
• Knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira or BMC; training in the tools used is possible.
