Specialist Responsibility Nursing (w/m/d), Gerontopsychiatry, 80 - 100 % This is how you will support us: You will take over the professional leadership of the employees in the nursing department in consultation with the Head of Nursing Department and the Nursing Specialist Expert. You will accompany and support employees in complex gerontopsychiatric nursing situations. In cooperation with the Heads of the Nursing Department, you will reflect on, review, and plan adequate and sustainable implementation strategies for the professional development of the employees in the nursing department, such as consolidation of the nursing process, implementation of innovations, coaching of employees, etc. You will work closely with interdisciplinary specialists, doctors, and relatives. You will conduct regular case discussions and knowledge transfers in the nursing department. You will participate in direct nursing care.
